Fuel Customer Information Update

Dear Valued Fuel Customers,

Effective 08/30/2016, the company that currently processes our credit cards will no longer be able to do so and we are forced to go with another company. While we aim to make this transition as seamless as possible, there will be some action required from you.
Credit cards that are stored on your Fuel account will not transfer to the new system, due to credit card security regulations. This may result in an interruption of service if you have your card stored as a recurring in our system and you don’t update your information.

Please update your billing information to make sure your service is not interrupted

  • Go online to icfuel.com/#fuel-up
  • Click on “CLICK HERE TO FUEL UP”

    I am reluctant to give any info to you because of previous fraud actions on my email and credit card account, so I will go into the local store here in Kamiah ID and take care of it there. Thank you. Any correspondence you can send to my email address above.

      Darelene, we understand your hesitation when it comes to credit card information. You are more than welcome to go into a store and have a customer service rep help you with this process. We will also email you instructions with a link to our secure website so you can update your information without going into the store if you choose.

    Well this is the first I’ve heard of this. Rarely use my cell but it seems to be working alright. This notice was dated clear back in August of last year. I was just on the Fuel site trying to update credit card info and you STILL don’t have it working!?!?!?!

      Tim, a letter was sent out to all the accounts affected by this change. Our Fuel site is up and functional if you’re still having issues feel free to contact our customer support team directly at 800-248-8822.

    There is no place, that I can find, where I can update my credit card information for an automatic, recurring payment. You know, like when I want/need to use a different credit card. There is not a place that I can change/update credit card info on the Fuel website. There is a place where I can “Fuel Up” but if I’m set up on automatic there’s no place to simply, and it should be VERY simple, change my credit card info. Perhaps I’m not finding the right page?

      Tim, go to icfuel.com, click “fuel up” from the top menu and it will automatically scroll you to the section of the page with a button that says “click here to fuel up”. Click that and you will be asked to log in. Enter your cellular number and your passcode will be the same as your voicemail passcode. Then you can click “top up” and you will have the option to add or change your credit card number.
