Samsung has notified us that the software update they released on 6/22/2023 contains an error that will impact calling services if installed on the A12 device. At this time, please do not download the update if it is pending on your device. We notified customers currently using the A12 via text message and will notify those users again when a corrected software update has been released by Samsung.
