You may receive a text saying you are eligible for a free SIM upgrade to utilize upcoming service enhancements. Your SIM card is an integrated circuit that stores your mobile phone’s identification information so you can use our cellular network. Customers receiving this text are using an older version of SIM card. An upgraded SIM will enhance their experience when using data services nationwide. If you get this text, please stop by your nearest Inland Cellular store, and our reps will replace your SIM card. The process is simple, easy, and free.
If you didn’t receive a text, don’t worry, there is no need to come in, your SIM is already up to date. If you have questions about your SIM or services, a customer support rep can check your account and verify if you need a SIM upgrade.
