Emerge Technologies Internet & VoIP Customers have a New Online Portal
Emerge Technologies internet & EPX customers will have a new online portal and billing system! When it’s time to create a login for the new portal, you will receive an email from Emerge Technologies with the link. The previous portal will be unavailable beginning 2/14; if you need account information in the meantime reach out to our support team. We are activating Emerge customer accounts in batches beginning February 19th. Customers must set up autopay in the new portal to continue utilizing automatic payments. Payment information has not been transferred to our new billing system. The good news is that setting up autopay in our new portal is simple, and we offer expanded payment methods like PayPal, Venmo, and more.
The date you receive your statement and your due date will change, but your monthly recurring amounts will remain the same. Autopayments set up in the new portal will be processed 25 days after your statement date, matching the due date on your new invoice.
If you have mobile service through Inland Cellular, your new statement date will match your current mobile service statement date. If your bill statement date was previously the 1st through the 15th, you will receive your statement on the 16th, and your due date will typically be the 9th of the following month. If your statement date was the 16th through the 31st, you will receive your statement on the 1st, and your new due date will be the 25th of that month.
Our new portal will offer expanded payment options and allow customers who utilize Inland Cellular and Emerge Technologies services to combine them into one convenient monthly statement.
