Inland Cellular Partners with Servify to Enhance Protect+ Coverage
Dear Valued Inland Cellular Customer,
We are pleased to announce that starting on October 16th, 2025 your mobile device protection plan with Inland Cellular will be administered by Servify (US) Inc and Northcoast Warranty Services, Inc and underwritten by Wesco Insurance Company¹. Effective October 16th, 2025, the newly administered program will be called Protect+ Powered by Servify.
Records indicate you are currently enrolled in one of the existing membership programs with Inland Cellular. The newly administered program(s) will maintain the same great low cost while providing improved claims processing and enhanced coverages.
If you are currently enrolled in either the Inland Protect or Inland Protect+ membership, you will receive the following plan optimizations:
- More streamlined and automated claims service through Servify’s online claim portal. This enhanced feature will allow you to file a claim and receive almost immediate claim approvals, all while being able to track your claims progress and status virtually.
- Customer Service Contact Center access from 5:30am – 7:30pm PST (8:30am-10:30pm EST) with Servify’s experienced customer service representatives to address any of your plan or claim concerns.
- Limit of Liability, per claim, up to the MSRP value of your electronic device⁴.
- Up to two replacement devices in the event of accidental damage from handling in any 12-month period².
- A single replacement device in the event of theft or loss of your covered device².
Your monthly payment associated with your Inland Protect plan will remain the same, along with the following deductible schedules, depending on your covered device. If you believe that your device has been categorized in the incorrect tier, please contact Inland Cellular as soon as possible.

If you are currently enrolled in the Protect+ membership, you will also retain the same benefits as the Inland Protect plan, with unlimited repairs on your damaged device. This plan also contains the following premium and deductible schedule:

Payment of the monthly charge on your first billing cycle on or after October 16th, 2025 will serve as your termination from your previous plan and approval to continue your enrollment in Protect+ Plan.

¹The Theft and Loss portion of your plan will be underwritten by Technology Insurance Company, Inc.

Sorry to little to late. Have not been happy with your service for months now. Looking for a new carrier for my service. Your service is great for grandparents who just talk to them self’s anyway. But try running a business with your service is a joke!!
This has nothing to do with your broadcast area, which is the problem right now. Don’t offer screen protection services when we need actual coverage services. Fix that problem immediately and save customers. Fix the real problem.
