Sales Supervisor - Walla Walla, WA
Location: Walla Walla, WA Company: Inland Cellular
Position Overview
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Inland Cellular’s wireless and broadband retail location in Walla Walla, Washington. This role oversees a small team of sales and customer care representatives and is accountable for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring efficient store operations including inventory, scheduling, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys coaching a team, selling alongside staff, and owning results in a community-focused retail environment.
Sales Leadership & Performance
Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve and exceed sales goals for wireless, broadband, and related services. Actively participate in sales while modeling effective selling behaviors. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and address gaps. Execute promotions, upsell, and cross-sell strategies aligned with Inland Cellular objectives.
Customer Experience & Care
Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently. Ensure staff are knowledgeable on products, pricing, and policies. Build strong local community relationships to support brand growth.
Team Supervision & Development
Supervise and develop a small team of retail sales and customer care representatives. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching. Create and manage staff schedules. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
Store Operations & Inventory
Oversee daily store operations and opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory accuracy, merchandising, and loss prevention. Ensure compliance with company, carrier, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, professional retail environment.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and operational records. Provide performance updates to leadership. Support new products, systems, and process rollouts.
Qualifications
Two or more years of retail sales experience, preferably in wireless, broadband, or technology. Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong sales, coaching, and customer service skills. Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.

Pay Range:
- Inland Cellular offers a competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience. The annual base salary range for this role is $43,000–$55,000. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills and experience, job-related knowledge, internal equity, and geographic location, and may be modified as needed to comply with applicable law.
- This role is also eligible for monthly commission & bonus program in addition to your salary, in accordance with company plan terms. Commissions are not guaranteed and are subject to individual performance and continued eligibility under the applicable plan.

Position Summary
The Employee Services Business Partner (ESBP) serves as a strategic partner to leadership and employees, helping create a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven organization. This role leads initiatives focused on company culture, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and employee experience while ensuring HR practices support organizational goals.
The HRBP owns the annual performance review process, employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and leadership support activities that drive employee growth, retention, and accountability. As a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, this role helps build strong teams, foster positive employee relations, and support the continued growth and success of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Lead programs that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and workplace satisfaction.
- Develop and manage employee recognition, appreciation, and communication initiatives.
- Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
- Organize employee events, celebrations, community involvement, and team-building activities.
- Partner with leadership to promote company values and enhance the employee experience.
Performance Management & Leadership Development
- Own and administer the annual performance review process.
- Develop review timelines, training materials, manager resources, and communication plans.
- Support leaders in setting goals, providing feedback, and creating employee development plans.
- Coordinate leadership training and employee development initiatives.
- Assist with succession planning and career development efforts.
Employee Relations & HR Partnership
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
- Support effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Guide leaders on performance management, coaching, and policy application.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Enhance onboarding programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support benefits administration, leave programs, and employee records management.
- Assist with policy development, handbook updates, reporting, and HR process improvements.
- Maintain HRIS data and workforce metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong employee relations, communication, and leadership coaching skills.
- Experience with employee engagement, culture-building, and performance management programs.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
