Sales Supervisor - Walla Walla, WA
Location: Walla Walla, WA Company: Inland Cellular
Position Overview
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Inland Cellular’s wireless and broadband retail location in Walla Walla, Washington. This role oversees a small team of sales and customer care representatives and is accountable for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring efficient store operations including inventory, scheduling, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys coaching a team, selling alongside staff, and owning results in a community-focused retail environment.
Sales Leadership & Performance
Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve and exceed sales goals for wireless, broadband, and related services. Actively participate in sales while modeling effective selling behaviors. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and address gaps. Execute promotions, upsell, and cross-sell strategies aligned with Inland Cellular objectives.
Customer Experience & Care
Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently. Ensure staff are knowledgeable on products, pricing, and policies. Build strong local community relationships to support brand growth.
Team Supervision & Development
Supervise and develop a small team of retail sales and customer care representatives. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching. Create and manage staff schedules. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
Store Operations & Inventory
Oversee daily store operations and opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory accuracy, merchandising, and loss prevention. Ensure compliance with company, carrier, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, professional retail environment.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and operational records. Provide performance updates to leadership. Support new products, systems, and process rollouts.
Qualifications
Two or more years of retail sales experience, preferably in wireless, broadband, or technology. Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong sales, coaching, and customer service skills. Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.

Pay Range:
- Inland Cellular offers a competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience. The annual base salary range for this role is $43,000–$55,000. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills and experience, job-related knowledge, internal equity, and geographic location, and may be modified as needed to comply with applicable law.
- This role is also eligible for monthly commission & bonus program in addition to your salary, in accordance with company plan terms. Commissions are not guaranteed and are subject to individual performance and continued eligibility under the applicable plan.

Chief Technology Officer - Hybrid

Pay: $130,000-$215,000
I. Job Summary
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as a visionary and strategic leader, responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of all network infrastructure. This executive role drives technological innovation, ensuring network scalability, reliability, and security across the company’s services, which include Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), Fixed Wireless Access, and 4G/5G Cellular networks. The CTO is expected to lead technical teams through complex Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
II. Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
A. Technology Vision and Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year technology strategy that aligns with Inland Cellular's business goals, focusing on service quality and operational efficiency across all broadband and cellular services.
- Identify, evaluate, and champion emerging technologies.
- Lead the creation and management of the capital and operating budget for the technology department, ensuring optimal resource allocation and a high return on investment (ROI).
- Act as a dynamic problem solver and key technical advisor
B. Network Planning and Deployment
- Provide executive oversight and deep technical guidance for all network deployments, with proven expertise in both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Oversee the design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures for the core, transport, and access layers.
- Establish and enforce best-practice engineering standards, operational procedures, network monitoring, and security protocols to achieve industry-leading network performance and uptime.
- Drive the efficient and effective deployment of FTTH/GPON/XGS-PON networks and the migration/upgrade of 4G LTE to 5G cellular infrastructure.
C. Leadership, Culture, and Operations
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team of engineers, technicians, and IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
- Manage strategic relationships with major technology vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal technology procurement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
III. Qualifications and Expertise
- Deep Fiber Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience in Fiber Optic Network design, engineering, construction, and operation, specifically with FTTH/GPON/XGS-PON technologies.
- Wireless and Cellular Mastery: Proven track record in the design, deployment, and operation of large-scale Cellular Networks (4G LTE and 5G), including radio frequency (RF) planning, core network functionality, and RAN (Radio Access Network) technology.
- Deployment Lifecycle: Demonstrated success leading major Greenfield and Brownfield infrastructure projects from concept, business case, design, through to deployment and operation.
- Broadband Technologies: Strong understanding of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technologies and their integration with fiber backbones.
- Diverse and Extreme Qualifications: Must be a highly qualified and diverse individual, demonstrating the ability to think strategically and lead complex, heterogeneous environments.
- The Learner/Adaptive Thinker: Proven ability to quickly master new technologies, challenge the status quo, and embrace a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to anticipate future technological needs, translate complex problems into clear strategic initiatives, and execute practical, scalable solutions.
- Leadership and Communication: Superior executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
III. Education and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in telecommunications/technology.
- At least 5-7 years in a senior executive or CTO role within a broadband, cable, or cellular service provider.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant executive management certification is highly preferred.
