Payment System Upgrade April 2nd

We are upgrading our payment system to offer our customers an expanded selection of payment methods. Your online billing account will remain the same, and you can still log in to your account via our website for 24/7 access. You will receive text message updates regarding the system upgrades from our 800-248-8822 number.

Post Pay Customers: (customers who receive a monthly statement)

Beginning April 2nd, an email address is required on your account to use payment features & your payment information will need to be updated in the new system.

We encourage customers to call us at 800-248-8822 or chat to verify or update their account’s email address. Customers can reach out to us today to update their payment information, or when the upgrade is complete on April 2nd, customers can re-enter their payment information in their online billing account.

This system upgrade will offer customers on post-pay plans the option to pay using expanded payment options like Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (which will be coming soon).
