We Upgraded our Payment System

We upgraded our payment system to offer our customers an expanded selection of payment methods at the beginning of April. Your online billing account will remain the same and you can continue to log into your account via our website for 24/7 access.

Post Pay Customers: (customers who receive a monthly statement)

An email address is required on your account to use payment features & your payment information needs to be added to the new system. Customers who previously used autopay need to add a payment method to their account to continue payment.

We encourage customers to call us at 800-248-8822 or chat to verify or update their account’s email address. Customers can contact us to update their payment information or re-enter their payment information in their online billing account.

This system upgrade will offer customers on post-pay plans the option to pay using expanded payment options like Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (coming soon).
