Protect+ is our device protection program. If your phone is lost, damaged, or stolen, submit a claim online or stop by your nearest Inland Cellular store. Our partner, Servify, will verify your claim and we will get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Protect+ plans range from $7.99/mo to $17.99/mo, depending on your device.

Protect+ Family plan covers up to 4 devices for $44.99/mo. Get unlimited repair claims up to the MSRP of the device. 

Receive 4 theft and loss claims per 12-month rolling period. Submit up to 8 accidental damage from handling or mechanical breakdown claims per 12-month rolling period.

Yes! Business Protect+ for one line ranges from $10.99 - $20.99 per month. This includes a $0 deductible on all claims. 

Receive one theft and loss claim per 12-month rolling period, 2 accidental damage from handling or mechanical breakdown replacements, and unlimited repair claims up to the MSRP. 

Get unlimited repair claims up to the MSRP on the device.

Get up to two accidental damage from handling or mechanical breakdown claims per 12-month rolling period.

You are entitled to one claim within a 12-month rolling period in the event of theft or loss of your covered device.

Our devices are sold with a manufacturer's warranty; however, this warranty is void if your device is damaged. All repairs done at Inland include a 90-day guarantee, but it becomes void if the device stops working because of physical damage, loss, or theft.

In the event of liquid damage, repaired phones will not be water-resistant, even if the device was originally water-resistant. Repaired devices are no longer water-resistant and should be kept away from moisture to prevent damage.

You may add Protect+ at any time. Purchase of Protect+ within 3 days of purchasing your new device allows the device to be covered without having the device condition verified. 

Purchases after 3 days will require the successful completion of device diagnostics to certify device condition. Diagnostics 

Yes, you must have permission from or be an authorized signer to use an overnight repair.

We will repair the phone, if possible. Otherwise, we will replace it with a refurbished phone of the same model when available (if the same model is not available, we'll use a phone of equal quality and features).
