Current Openings

Inland Cellular in Lewiston, ID, is hiring a Marketing & Social Coordinator to join our marketing team. This position contributes to every element of our marketing process. You will assist the marketing manager with marketing campaigns, social media, and community outreach activities. We are looking for an energetic and organized individual who thrives on community engagement. You will attend community events and produce live social media content while maintaining a unified brand voice across marketing channels. In addition, you are responsible for scheduling, planning, and creating content for social events across our markets—an ambitious individual who’s flexible enough to engage actively in various marketing activities. 

This position could be creating content during a golf tournament one day, participating in a video shoot with our ad agency, and then writing blogs and choosing apparel store items the day after.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to achieve brand expectations through community outreach
  • Produce live social media and scheduled social media content
  • Maintain events calendar and schedule staff for events
  • Assist in content creation across a variety of mediums
  • Intake Sponsorship/Donation Requests, evaluate the specific need for the requests and donation items as necessary.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for outreach in all markets
  • Manage Mobile Dek inventory, maintenance, and transportation to locations
  • Plan and execute internal events
  • Design, update and create content for the IC Lowdown internal website.
  • Travel to each sales office, meet with the supervisor, and utilize Store Quality Checklist to ensure consistent branding throughout sales locations.
  • Coordinate Employee Apparel program
  • Manage Promotional items

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience managing social media campaigns & ability to own strategy content creation across all social channels fully
  • High level of attention to detail and organization skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines with ease
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with confidence to interact face to face with staff, customers, and public
  • You are comfortable driving a truck and towing our mobile store trailer
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills
  • Aptitude for content creation and copywriting
  • An interest in technology and the telecom industry
  • Competency in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing program preferred
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and a community-centric mindset are required

Compensation:

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Accrued PTO, and HSA benefits.
Salary depends on experience, typical range $35,000 - $47,000/year.

Inland Cellular and Emerge Technologies Field Technicians' daily tasks include installing business and residential buildings using several internet platforms, such as wireless and direct fiber, along with service calls for customer needs.  

We are a very customer-oriented company, and service is our top priority. Contributing to our success will include.

• Connecting our customers to the world

• Troubleshooting hardware, and software, diagnosing and repairing any issues that may arise.

• Recognizing customer needs and upgrading service and hardware when needed

• Conducting and dressing as a professional service provider

 

Qualifications

• High School diploma

• Attendance commitment is a must. Our customers are taking time out of their day for us to connect them to the world

• Great driving record and a valid driving license required.  

• The ability to learn the installation of business and residential buildings

• The aptitude and ability to problem solve when working in the field.  

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers. Able to present options and solutions that best fit their needs.

• We strive to be there for our customers, which requires overtime and call-outs occasionally.

• Working in small confined spaces, working with and on ladders, working in all weather conditions

• The ability to operate a bucket truck or learn to operate a bucket truck. 

Must be able to pass DOT physical to operate a bucket truck
