Current Openings

As the newest member of the Inland Cellular 24/7/365 Network Operations Center, the NOC Technician will be tasked with monitoring and assisting in maintaining the health of Inland’s rapidly growing network. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize the NOC’s Systems to monitor and track the health of the network
• Respond immediately to network issues by troubleshooting, isolating, documenting and either resolving or escalating to the appropriate department/individual
• Create and manage trouble tickets, tracking them and following up until they are resolved
• Work with escalated customers to troubleshoot their issues and make sure they are resolved in a manner consistent with or better than their SLA
• Assist Engineering as requested by configuring devices, turning up customer services, running tests, setting up lab gear, and anything else needed
• Enforce policies and procedures set by Engineering and upper management by making sure the proper documentation is in place before turning new customers/circuits/devices on/off
Position Requirements:
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or Related field
or Equivalent Work Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of networking and the OSI model, TCP/IP and Ethernet
• The ability to multitask and prioritize
• A willingness to rotate through shifts as needed for additional coverage or support
• A willingness to work extra hours as needed for after hours support or maintenance coverage
• The ability to rotate through an on call schedule as needed
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to work in a regular office environment, seated for long stretches of time
Preferred Skills:
• NRS I, NRS II, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent or higher are highly sought after
• Experience with: Infoblox, Nokia IP/MPLS, Nokia Microwave, Aviat Microwave, Juniper Switching, Siklu, Ignitenet, Airspan CBRS, Radwin, Cambium CBRS
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language
• Jira/Confluence experience
• Previous experience working an a carrier grade network
• Circuit diagramming via LucidChart or similar

This position is responsible for providing industry-leading customer support to every person who walks in our door.

Job Description

Inland Cellular is a wireless network carrier in Eastern Washington and North Idaho that has been providing cellular services for over 30 years. We are committed to providing a strong network, well-trained employees, excellent customer service, and strong community relationships.

 

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to work out of our Roslyn, WA corporate office. We offer a competitive benefits package and a casual, positive work environment where your efforts will be valued and appreciated.  The successful individual will have responsibilities that will cover portions of Inland Cellular and Weis Towers (affiliate) accounting.  The individual will be organized and efficient, with a focus on professional growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of fixed asset schedules
  • Create POs as part of the Work Order process and ensure the integrity of information inputted
  • Perform account reconciliations and transactional reviews of balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare and record accounting entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Create and/or maintain documentation of accounting procedures
  • Assist with documentation for the annual audit
  • Assist with ad hoc accounting projects, as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years of experience (Telecommunication related industry a plus)
  • Experience in transactional accounting such as accounts payable and accounts receivable (Billing) required
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and best practices
  • Proficient with MS Office products
  • Adept at delivering high-quality results on-time
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with accounting system software a plus
