VoLTE Network Transition

We have decommissioned our legacy CDMA network and are now exclusively utilizing Voice over LTE (VoLTE) services. VoLTE simply means calls travel over the LTE data network. Customers will need a VoLTE-capable device and SIM card to utilize calling services.

Customers using a device that is not VoLTE capable will not have calling services and may not have access to 911 services. Contact us if you have questions about your device.
